About the Job

We are seeking an experienced GTM Systems Manager to take ownership of our Go-to-Market tech stack and drive its development, management, and optimisation. This individual will collaborate closely with our Salesforce team and be responsible for ensuring the technical aspects of our RevOps team align with our overarching business objectives.

  • This role involves taking full ownership of the GTM tech stack, including the administration, configuration, and optimisation of all GTM tools.
  • The successful candidate will lead cross-org projects for assessing and implementing new tools, upgrades, and system integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ongoing monitoring of system performance, regular troubleshooting practices, and improving system reliability and user experience are also key responsibilities.
  • This position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the customer journey to ensure consistent alignment with core business strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will act as the go-to person for tech alignment, guiding teams in adopting tools that amplify GTM strategy and maximising business impact.
About You

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience managing CRM systems, marketing automation, and data integration tools, particularly within a B2B SaaS environment. Prior experience working closely with GTM teams to ensure tools and processes align with their needs and objectives is essential.

  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and data integration tools, such as Salesforce, Pardot, Gong, AirCall, and DemoDesk, is required.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues are necessary for success in this position.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, are also required.
  • Demonstrated business analysis skills, including process mapping and end-to-end workflow analysis, are essential for this role.
  • Fluency in English (min. C1 level) is mandatory, as is being currently based in Germany, Poland or Italy with a valid work visa for the given country.
