Overview: Tangany GmbH, a leading digital asset custody services provider, seeks a highly skilled Digital Asset Security Specialist to join its team. As a regulated financial institution, we prioritize robust security measures to safeguard our clients' assets.

About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the security of our cloud infrastructure and services. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT team, developers, and management to implement and maintain effective security controls, monitor for potential vulnerabilities, and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Services: Ensure the security of services running in Microsoft Azure cloud environment, promptly investigating any incidents that may arise.
  • Threat Hunting and Intelligence Analysis: Conduct regular threat hunting and cyber threat intelligence analysis to stay ahead of potential security breaches.
  • Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing: Perform thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Security Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response procedures to minimize the impact of security breaches.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Operations Analyst or similar role.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM are an asset.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud security services, security frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001), and compliance requirements.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
