Regional Field Sales Manager

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Vertriebsmitarbeiter, der uns bei der Expansion unseres Online-Shops und der Einführung unserer Produkte in den stationären Handel unterstützt. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Vertriebsstrategien spielen.
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des Verkaufsgebietes Nordbayern
- Akquise von neuen Supermärkten und Handelspartner:innen sowie Betreuung und Beratung bestehender Kund:innen
- Akquise und Betreuung von Mehrbetriebsunternehmen
- Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien
- Planung und Durchführung von Kund:innenbesuchen, Verkaufsveranstaltungen und Messen
- Verantwortung und Abwicklung von Vertragsgesprächen und Deals
- Pflege und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu Kund:innen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst
- Unsere Produktpalette kennst Du wie Deine Westentasche – Du stehst Handelspartner:innen zur Beantwortung jeglicher Fragen zur Verfügung
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft/Sales - Quereinstieg möglich
- Du bringst bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Außendienst, Kundendienst oder Vertrieb mit
- Du lebst idealerweise in den Regionen Nürnberg, Würzburg, Erlangen, Regensburg oder bist bereit, für Deine neue Stelle umzuziehen.
- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und mind. mittelmäßige Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B
- Du bist motiviert etwas Neues aufzubauen und bringst eine Hands-on Mentalität mit
- Mit Deinem dynamischen und sympathischen Auftreten überzeugst Du alle von unseren Produkten
- Du bringst Verhandlungsgeschick mit und kannst gut mit Worten umgehen
- Absagen und schwierige Situation bringen Dich nicht aus dem Konzept
- Selbständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise sind für Dich selbstverständlich
