About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in northern Bavaria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade partners and acquire new ones
  • Implement sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or degree in business or sales
  • Proven experience in field sales, customer service, or sales management
  • Excellent German language skills (C1) and intermediate English
  • Class B driving license
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
