Luxury Retail Store Manager

Pierre Marcolini, a renowned luxury chocolatier, is seeking a seasoned Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of its boutique in Dusseldorf. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-organized, and all procedures are followed to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates and shop assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sales & Customer Service: Monitor sales performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure sufficient product availability while minimizing waste.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing and that product displays align with Pierre Marcolini's luxury brand image.
- Training & Development: Train staff on new products, customer service techniques, and brand knowledge, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet customer expectations.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to regional managers and offer insights on customer trends, product performance, and store needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or gourmet food industries.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-end clientele.
- Good understanding of inventory management and store operations.
- Passion for luxury food products, especially chocolates.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
