- Stay informed about the local retail landscape and its influence on sales, acting as a brand ambassador to engage with VIP customers.
- Recruit enthusiastic team members and mentor their growth to ensure exceptional customer service, transforming client interactions into memorable experiences.
- Empower team members with the autonomy to perform tasks efficiently while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, regularly assess merchandise assortment, and optimize stock levels based on sales trends and customer preferences.
- Analyze CRM data to propose and implement in-store activities aimed at attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Set and monitor daily and monthly sales objectives.
- Conduct analysis and reporting on sales performance, competitive landscape, regional trends, and other relevant factors.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Store Management within a contemporary luxury retail setting.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and build respectful relationships within the team.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and feedback skills.
- A genuine passion for the brand.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and an interest in navigating social media and e-commerce.
