Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Prüfung von Einzahlungsbelegen und Versand von Kundenberichten.
  • Bearbeitung von Falschgeld.
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Anfragen unserer Kunden und unseres Kundenservices.
  • Buchhalterische Abstimmung der kunden- und firmeneigenen Poolbestände.
  • Übernahme der Scheckverwaltung.
  • Tägliche Überprüfung und Abstimmung der Konten in Form von Buchungskontrollen und Saldenanalysen.
  • Buchung der Kundenerlöse mittels kundeneigener Buchungsterminals.
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung.
  • Unbefleckter Leumund (Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis, Schufa Auskunft für Verbraucher).
  • Grundkenntnisse in den Microsoft Office-Anwendungen wie Word, Excel und Outlook sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis.
  • Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit dem Programm Pecunia.
  • Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten sowie kommunikative Fähigkeiten und beherrschen Sie die deutsche Sprache.
