We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Designer to join our team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a Marketing Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality visual assets that support our marketing campaigns and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop visually compelling digital and print marketing materials, including campaign assets, social media content, and email templates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative assets that align with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistency in design across all marketing channels and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine designs based on performance data and optimize engagement and conversion.
- At least 3 years of experience in various design projects, preferably in the food sector or related industries.
- Excellent English skills, with German skills a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Experience with Figma and motion design a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to design for various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
