About the Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Productsup. As a key member of our Solutions team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients in German-speaking regions with all their questions about our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day tickets, prioritize them, and work closely with Second Level Support and Engineering to resolve them.
  • Collaborate on documentation and work closely with other Solutions team members.
  • Shadow the Technical Support and 2nd Level Technical Support teams to learn and grow.
What You'll Achieve in Your First 3 Months
  • Become an expert on the Productsup platform, client use cases, and Help Center content.
  • Shadow and learn from the Technical Support and 2nd Level Technical Support teams.
  • Familiarize yourself with our Zendesk workflows and internal collaboration tools like Confluence and Jira.
What You'll Achieve in Your First 6 Months and Beyond
  • Manage and resolve more advanced requests and questions independently.
  • Analyze satisfaction survey results and formulate action items.
  • Have ongoing exchanges with our Product team about client needs and insights.
  • Work closely with our Academy to create relevant content for improving client knowledge and reducing basic questions.
  • Proactively communicate improvement potential within client accounts to Client Success Management.
  • Own team-internal projects for improving tools and processes.
