Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Performance Marketing to join our team. As a Trainee Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating small-scale SEA campaigns, as well as supporting the development and implementation of online concepts and measures.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate small-scale SEA campaigns
  • Support the development and implementation of online concepts and measures
  • Build and maintain campaign structures, including keywords, ad copy, and links
  • Analyze and evaluate online marketing campaigns to improve performance
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in performance marketing or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including Excel, Adwords Editor, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in German
