Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including Windows Server landscapes, Active Directory, and network security.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server landscapes, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Analyze and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operation
- Develop and optimize existing system landscapes and administer Active Directory
- Plan and execute IT projects in collaboration with other departments
- Design and implement IT security measures
- Analyze errors and IT issues and provide customer-oriented support through a ticket system
Requirements
- Completed education in system integration, computer science, or a related field
- Experience in administering Windows Server landscapes and Linux servers
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, network technology, and IT security
- Ability to optimize complex IT landscapes and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
