Wir suchen dich als Kundenservice Specialist B2B in unserem Headquarter in Idstein zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Exzellenten Kundenservice für den zugewiesenen Vertriebskanal und das zugewiesene Kundenportfolio voranzutreiben
  • Arbeit mit dem Vertriebs-, Finanz-, Liefer-, Logistik- und Warehouse Team zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung zu gewährleisten
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung der Kommunikation mit dem zugewiesenen Gebiet über alle relevanten Kommunikationskanäle
  • Bereitstellung von Informationen für die Kunden in dem Gebiet in Bezug auf die Bestellungen, Lagerverfügbarkeit und spezifische Berichte/Reports
  • Verwaltung des Auftragsbuchs, indem alle Arten von Aufträgen erfasst, kontrolliert und überwacht werden
  • Unterstützung bei der Saisonumstellung, durch rechtzeitigen Austausch der erforderlichen Style- und Preisstammdaten mit den Kunden und dem Vertrieb
  • Vorbereitung und Überprüfung aller Daten, die für die ordnungsgemäße Lieferung des saisonalen Auftragsbuchs erforderlich sind
  • Erreichung der monatlichen und jährlichen Vertriebsziele durch Nachverfolgung der Lieferungen, Ergreifen von Korrekturmaßnahmen und Finden der besten Lösungen mit allen erforderlichen Parteien, falls notwendig
  • Überwachung von Reklamationen und elektronischen Belegen auf Fehler und deren Korrektur mithilfe der bereitgestellten Tools und Prozesse
  • Musterversand an Kunden
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Unternehmensrichtlinien angewandt und beachtet werden
Deine Erfahrung

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Kundenservice Specialist B2B mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Sales Operations Bereich / Customer Service Bereich
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit Office-Tools und Verständnis für die Arbeit in einer ERP-Umgebung (Erfahrung mit SAP ist ein Plus)
  • Selbstständige Problem Erkennung und proaktiver Umgang in Kommunikation mit Kollegen und Kunden
  • Teamplayer, kommunikationsstark und ausgeprägte "hands-on" Mentalität
  • Ausgezeichnete Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Effizienz und selbstständiges Arbeiten
