Cloud Computing Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing Response Center (MRC) team at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) - H13. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in engaging with our customers, understanding their needs, and educating them about the benefits of AWS and our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a stronger AWS leads database by interacting with customers via phone, email, and/or live chat, and researching existing AWS leads to create a detailed view of the customer's need for cloud technology.
  • Educate customers in the beginning of their cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest; education to consideration.
  • Nurture leads with tailored messaging to increase customer understanding of AWS services and unique differentiators with relevant customer use cases.
  • Through nurture efforts, create higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to achieve campaign goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in professional non-internship marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel.
  • Experience in designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
