Senior Implementation Services Specialist

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Fachmann, der unsere Teams in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, München und Hamburg unterstützt.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Berichtstätigkeit an die Business Manager:in Central Teams & Migrations
  • Übernahme entscheidender Arbeiten und umfangreicher Verantwortlichkeiten in Migrationsprojekten als Projektleiter
  • Erstellung von Project Information Packs basierend auf dem vom Business Team bereitgestellten Kunden-KnowHow
  • Begleitung der Mitarbeitenden der Wealth Services Teams mit fachlicher Expertise
  • Schulung der Mitarbeitenden im Hinblick auf Einhaltung von Prozessstandards
  • Begleitung von Kundenbetreuer und Beratung von Kunden bei migrations-relevanten Fragestellungen
  • Verantwortung für die Darstellung von Migrationsthemen in Ausschreibungssystemen
  • Verantwortung für Themen im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards im Bereich Wealth Services
  • Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung der Qualität von Migrationen und Übernahme von Peer Reviews
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit relevanter Ausrichtung
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative und kundenorientiertes Handeln und Denken
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Administrationsbereich der betrieblichen Altersversorgung bzw. im Aktuariat
  • Hohe IT-Affinität, z.B. Erfahrungen im Umgang mit komplexen Datenmeldungen und Bestandsverwaltungssystemen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel sowie gute Kenntnisse in Word und Power Point
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke, sicherem Auftreten und serviceorientiertem Denken
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Steuerrecht der betrieblichen Altersversorgung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
