Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Integrity: Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Cash Management: Support departments with GotPhoto Accounting functions, including invoicing and payment processing, while monitoring system transactions and technical integration.
  • Month/Year End Closings: Manage month-end and year-end closings, gaining expertise in Group Accounting and reconciliations.
  • Day-to-Day Tasks: Manage incoming invoices, expense tools, organize pre-accounting, reconciliations, and support resolving issues with interfaces and ports.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Expertise: Professional knowledge of HGB and US GAAP, proficiency in booking common Accounting systems (e.g., DATEV).
  • Tax Knowledge: Understanding VAT schemes.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong problem-solving skills, proactive issue resolution, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Core Competencies: Attention to detail, strategic thinking, collaboration, and awareness of compliance and regulatory standards.
