About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Remote Team Solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with existing customers, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to educate customers on their options and provide the best home services solution.
- Communicate with existing and past customers to generate new leads and maintain relationships.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by setting follow-up appointments and leveraging CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the service team to resolve any issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Dial up to 4 hours and/or 75 dials daily to call new leads and clear assigned leads.
Requirements:
- Great English level with fluent speaking.
- Up to 1 year of customer service-sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Shift and commute availability to the office is essential.
- Tech savvy with ease to use computer and learn new systems.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and humbleness.
- Ability to have and maintain conversations, deal with rejections, and communicate transparently.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platform.
