Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert, English

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelancer to join our team as a Quality Assurance Expert for our English language course.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of our online learning materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with our pedagogical approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and quality assure our online learning materials in English, ensuring they are free from errors, inconsistencies, and omissions.
  • Provide comprehensive feedback and recommendations to content editors and team leads to improve the quality of our materials.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest quality standards are respected and maintained.
  • Bring in expertise and advice as a native English speaker and translator to enhance the quality of our content.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Linguistics, English Language and Literature, or a related field.
  • Expertise in conducting in-depth analysis of the English language, including grammar, syntax, semantics, and phonology.
  • Substantial linguistical experience of editing and reviewing educational materials in English.
  • Experience as a linguistic tester, translator, and/or language teacher.
  • Proven track record in quality assurance, content review, or editorial roles.
  • Experience in reviewing and evaluating language learning materials, and curriculums.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and technologies.
