About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Mazars GmbH & Co. KG. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems and procedures
Requirements
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Schwerpunkt Controlling, Risikomanagement, Compliance oder vergleichbaren Modulen
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Organisation, Risk & Compliance, Interne Revision oder Prozessanalyse
  • Gutes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, regulatorische Anforderungen in Prozesse und Abläufe zu übersetzen
  • Ein hohes Maß an Motivation, Neugierde und Proaktivität sowie Spaß an der Erarbeitung innovativer Lösungen
