Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Controlling/Reporting Specialist to join our Finance team in Germany (Frankfurt).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly reporting process, including variance analyses and comments at property and country levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts at property and country levels.
  • Monitor risks and opportunities related to performance by actively discussing business with other departments.
  • Work with other departments to ensure key performance objectives are achieved at the country level.
  • Provide financial insights to support leasing processes, investment decisions, and project evaluations.
  • Conduct deep dives into operational efficiency and suggest process improvements.
  • Support country or group management with ad-hoc analysis or presentations.
  • Champion the utilization of P3's Business Intelligence platform for the benefit of all departments at the country level.
  • Coordinate and support the auditor during the annual audit for Germany and Luxembourg.
  • Collaborate on day-to-day business tasks.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects related to new systems or process optimizations.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent qualification in finance and accounting.
  • 4-5 years of experience in reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong MS Excel and PPT knowledge, experience with database tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Language skills: German (excellent knowledge), English (very good knowledge).
  • Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage.
