Technical Support Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team at WCC Heidelberg Web Carton Converting GmbH. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems related to our product portfolio
- Provide technical support to our service technicians and sales teams
- Develop and implement service plans, including repair and maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Perform on-site service visits as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 customer support
Requirements:
- Relevant technical education or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (or similar software)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
