Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Quality Control Operations to lead our global quality control organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products, while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of global quality control strategies and processes.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to quality control teams across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality control risks.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a life sciences field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in quality management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated GMP environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
