Electronics Applications Engineer

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Applications Engineer to join our team. As a Graduate Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to customers, assisting with product validation, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and expertise to customers, including guidance on product selection, troubleshooting, and design expertise.
- Assist customers with product validation, including engaging suppliers to ensure products meet customer requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs, including working closely with customers and suppliers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers, ensuring customer requirements are understood and met.
- Suggest solutions and techniques to benefit the overall cost of Bills Of Material (BOM) or improve availability of parts in respect to lead times.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Business fluent German and English (oral and written).
- Sound knowledge of concepts in Electronics Engineering.
- Good understanding of latest technologies and trends in the market.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to interact proactively with team and external stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new platforms and systems with an innovative approach.
- Flexibility and geographical mobility.
