SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH sucht einen qualifizierten Mitarbeiter | CAFM Manger | Koordinator für die Erfüllung wichtiger Aufgaben.
Überblick über die Position:Wir suchen nach jemandem, der sich auf die Sicherstellung des definierten Standards für eine einheitliche CAFM-Nutzung spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat sollte die Datenstruktur vorbereiten, z.B. in MS-Excel oder MS-Access, zur Migration und die einzelnen Anforderungen koordinieren und bündeln, um eine zielgerichtete Weiterentwicklung der CAFM-Software zu ermöglichen.
Ihre Aufgaben:- Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit zur Sicherstellung des definierten Standards für eine einheitliche CAFM-Nutzung
- Vorbereitung der Datenstruktur z.B. in MS-Excel oder MS-Access zur Migration
- Koordination und Bündelung einzelner Anforderungen für eine zielgerichtete Weiterentwicklung der CAFM-Software
- Entwicklung und Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Einführungen
- Erstellen von Schulungsdokumenten, organisieren und selbstständige Durchführung der Schulungsveranstaltungen
- Technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Bachelor oder Master Abschluss z.B. aus dem Bereich Maschinenbau / Elektrotechnik / Fachwirt Facility Management
- Alternativ technische Ausbildung z.B. als Elektroniker / Anlagenmechanik HKLS idealerweise mit Techniker oder Meister Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der Serviceplanung und Wartungsplanung
- Pflege des Kundenportals und Einhaltung der aktuellen Gesetze und Vorschriften
- Selbständige, analytische und systematische Arbeitsweise
