About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kundenberater (m/w/d) in Stendal.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, conducting thorough needs assessments and offering tailored solutions to meet their hearing needs.
  • Utilize our sales strategies and processes to deliver a unique customer experience, ensuring seamless interactions and building long-term relationships.
  • Support clients in the maintenance and upkeep of their hearing systems, advising on accessories and providing expert guidance to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Utilize our customer database to proactively engage with clients via phone, organizing local marketing initiatives and events to drive business growth.
  • As a data administrator, maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute sales strategies, manage calendars, and oversee inventory management.

About You:

  • You hold a completed education in a relevant field, such as Arzthelfer (m/w/d), Verkäufer (m/w/d), Hotelfachmann (m/w/d), Restaurantfachmann (m/w/d), or Flugbegleiter (m/w/d), or possess several years of experience in the service industry.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for sales and customer service.
