Your Role
As a Risk Management Specialist with a focus on Third-Party Risk Management and Business Continuity, you will play a crucial role in protecting SIGNAL IDUNA from unknown risks and enhancing our operational resilience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that risks associated with the use of external services are managed in the same way as if the processes were performed and controlled in-house (e.g., in the context of our strategic partnership with Google Cloud)
- Developing and maintaining methodological and professional guidelines for risk analyses related to outsourcing, exit strategies, and supplier evaluations
- Monitoring the application of guidelines and adherence to contractual agreements
- Analyzing relevant regulatory requirements and being responsible for their consideration and implementation
- Coordinating and conducting audits at service providers in a cross-functional team
- Preparing reports and analyses for responsible contract management areas, outsourcing responsible areas, and top management

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in economics, computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field
- Relevant experience in risk management and corporate governance at an insurance company
- Basic knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., VAG, MaGo, VAIT)
- Experience in the field of information and communication technology and related risks
- High level of goal, result, and performance orientation
- High level of learning ability, enjoyment of analytical tasks, independent and structured work style, and communicative and coordinative talent
- Fluent German and good English skills in writing and speaking
