Sales Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at toom. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers.
• Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of toom products.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
