About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Fresh Market. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, answering customer questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and promote products.
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store management to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
