About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Energy Operations to join our team at Entrix GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for setting up and leading real-time operations teams, optimizing and leading trading and energy market operations, and building interfaces with engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and lead real-time operations teams, including monitoring, initial response, coordination across teams/companies, availability/schedule management, and reporting
  • Optimize and lead trading and energy market operations, including market communication, logistics, and collateral management
  • Build interfaces with engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and processes
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of self-initiative, result-orientation, and strong stakeholder management
  • 4+ years experience in project and operations management in high pace, result-driven environment (e.g., top-tier consulting, start-ups)
  • Experience working with engineering teams and excellent technical understanding
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Outstanding academic track record with a degree preferably in engineering, business administration, or economics
