Job Title: Head of Quality

At STABL Energy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Quality to lead our quality assurance and engineering efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our quality strategy, fostering collaborative relationships with our engineering and operations teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy to ensure the highest standards across our organization.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define critical-to-quality parameters for new product development and design for manufacturing activities.
  • Establish a system of metrics to monitor and drive measurable quality improvements.
  • Utilize statistical analysis to evaluate key quality data and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Stay updated on the latest quality management methodologies and developments, implementing best practices where applicable.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Peer Leadership competence
  • Proven experience in quality management within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably in the energy storage, lithium batteries or renewable energy sector.
  • Expertise in implementing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Fluency in both English and German languages.
