Exide Technologies GmbH, a leading international provider of innovative battery storage solutions, seeks a skilled Customer Satisfaction Specialist to join our growing Motion division in Büdingen. This role plays a vital link between customers and the company, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner.
About the Role- Implement preventive and corrective actions to meet customer requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams focused on customer expectations and needs.
- Prepare for and follow up on customer audits, analyzing results and sharing them across the plant.
- Participate in internal audits, monitoring KPIs related to customer satisfaction, and contributing to problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements
- Knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949) and application of quality tools (SPC, 8D, FMEA).
- Understanding of customer requirements and focus on satisfaction.
- Automotive company experience, customer management, project management skills, team work, communication skills, analytical skills, and proficiency in German and English.
