Job Description

As a Senior Accounts Receivable Accounting Expert at SYNTEGON, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of accounts receivable accounting. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions in SAP, managing dunning processes, and contributing to the monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP (HGB).

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions in SAP and manage dunning processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Contribute to the monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Local GAAP (HGB) regulations.
  • Independently work on initiatives within the accounts receivable area, including implementing solutions for process optimization and harmonization.
  • Serve as a competent and reliable point of contact for auditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively utilize dashboards and KPIs to continuously improve process quality and efficiency, and derive appropriate actions.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in SAP and accounts receivable accounting.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and Local GAAP (HGB) regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
