Job Title: Manager Compliance & Internal ControlWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Compliance department as a Manager Compliance & Internal Control. The successful candidate will support our Compliance Officer and the Compliance Key Person in ensuring the company's policies and regulations are upheld, both locally and across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of the company's compliance management system, including the creation and improvement of local policies and process specifications.
- Conduct compliance interviews and audits of employees and business partners, adhering to relevant guidelines.
- Prepare and execute compliance-related reporting activities.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Officer and Compliance Key Person to identify and address non-compliant behavior.
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in compliance in an international organization.
- Qualification in compliance management.
- Experience in planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising a compliance management system.
- Excellent communication skills and a multinational team-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- German native speaker with high-level business English skills.
