Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager & Internal Control Specialist to join our Compliance Team in Aschheim (Munich). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's Compliance Officer and Compliance Key Person in implementing and maintaining our compliance management system.
Main Responsibilities- Development of the existing compliance management system, including the creation and improvement of local policies, process specifications, and the internal control system.
- Regular assessment of the current situation and optimization of all processes.
- Conducting compliance interviews and audits of employees and business partners in accordance with relevant guidelines.
- Preparation and execution of compliance-related reporting activities.
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in the field of compliance in an international organization.
- Qualification in compliance management.
- Preferably an academic degree in law, business law, or business administration.
- Experience in the planning, implementation, coordination, and supervision of a compliance management system.
- Achievements in education and training of employees in the field of compliance matters.
- Ability to understand complex topics and explain them in a comprehensible way to non-specialist persons.
- Excellent communication skills and attitudes to support a multinational team.
- Safe handling of common MS Office applications.
- German native speaker with high-level business English skills in terms of both speaking and writing.
