Bioprocess Engineer

Als Bioprocess Engineer bei Vality One Recruitment GmbH wirst du für die Überwachung und Verbesserung der Prozessausrüstungen verantwortlich. Dazu gehören die Planung und Durchführung von Upgrades und Effizienzsteigerungen, die Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von GMP- und EHS-Standards sowie die Betriebsbereitschaft der technischen Geräte.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen auch die Identifikation und Lösung technischer Probleme, die Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und die Unterstützung des Betriebsteams bei der GMP-konformen Bearbeitung von Vorkommnissen. Du wirst auch die Umsetzung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen und Änderungskontrollverfahren durchführen.
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt deiner Arbeit ist die Erstellung von SOPs, Sicherheitsbewertungen und Risikoanalysen sowie die Planung und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen. Du wirst auch bei der Analyse von produktions- und anlagenspezifischen Daten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Team unterstützen.
Deine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Engineering, EHS, IT und Zulieferern wird dir helfen, die Anlagen- und Systemtests erfolgreich durchzuführen. Du wirst auch bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits und Inspektionen unterstützen.
Dein ProfilUm diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigen wir ein Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Pharmatechnik, Ingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Biotechnologie oder Verfahrenstechnik, oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation. Erfahrung in der Planung und im Betrieb von pharmazeutischen oder biotechnologischen Anlagen ist ebenfalls erforderlich.
Wir suchen nach jemandem, der über vertiefte Kenntnisse in pharmazeutischen/biotechnologischen Produktionsprozessen, Anlagenqualifizierung und EHS-Richtlinien verfügt. Ein umfassendes Verständnis der nationalen und internationalen gesetzlichen Vorschriften ist ebenfalls erforderlich.
