Job Summary

The Procurement Trainee will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in strategic and operational purchasing for raw materials, production materials, and services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging tasks, optimize procurement processes, and contribute to the digital transformation of procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the procurement team in strategic and operational purchasing
  • Optimize procurement processes and contribute to the digital transformation of procurement
  • Develop procurement strategies and support them with data analyses
  • Prepare and conduct complex negotiations and online auctions
  • Model processes and optimize IT tools
Requirements
  • Master's or diploma degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, technical business administration, mechanical engineering, computer science, or business administration
  • At least 3 months of experience abroad and initial practical experience in purchasing or supply chain management
  • Very good command of English and German
