Are you looking for a challenging role that combines strategic and operational purchasing with digital transformation? As a Procurement Trainee at Robert Bosch GmbH, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in procurement and supply chain management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing procurement processes, developing procurement strategies, and supporting data analyses. You will also have the chance to work at various stations in Germany and abroad, expanding your professional expertise and understanding of the importance of purchasing as a central interface between sales, logistics, controlling, and production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize procurement processes and develop procurement strategies
  • Support data analyses and prepare complex negotiations
  • Conduct negotiations bilaterally and/or via online auctions
  • Model processes and optimize IT tools
Requirements
  • Master's or diploma degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, technical business administration, mechanical engineering, computer science, or business administration
  • At least 3 months of experience abroad
  • Initial practical experience in purchasing or supply chain management and/or in the IT environment
  • Very good command of English and German
