Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hearing Care Professional in Hamburg, Germany.
About the Role:
As a Hearing Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and conducting hearing tests to identify the best solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to clients
- Implement sales routines and optimize processes to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Support clients in maintaining their hearing systems and provide guidance on accessories
- Utilize customer data to initiate phone calls and organize local marketing events
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Assist in scheduling and managing the calendar, as well as ordering and inventory management
Requirements:
- Completed training as a Hearing Care Professional
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales and consultation
- Strong communication, persuasion, and empathy skills
- Enjoy working in a team and contributing to the team's success
- Organizational talent and high flexibility and sense of responsibility
