About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at 0871 Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. as a Luxembourg Sales Portfolio Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities and cultivating client relationships to meet agreed sales and revenue targets.

Job Description The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Salesperson to develop deep understanding of client needs and product details, leveraging their expertise to drive sales growth. You will also be responsible for researching and fostering new client opportunities, building working relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring effective end-to-end client delivery. Additionally, you will oversee the profitability of customer portfolios, manage client satisfaction and loyalty, and supervise administration and business management within valid processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for profitability of the customer portfolio
• Responsible for comprehensive, personalized relationship management and training of internal and external customer value creation potential
• Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
• Supervision and coordination of administration and business management within the scope of valid processes and policies
• Increase of volume and margin of the customer portfolio and asset management in the form of care

Tasks:
• Professional and strategic management of WM target customers, taking into account an investor-friendly policy and investment advice
• Asset allocation in terms of strategic and tactical asset allocation
• Profit-oriented construction and development of a customer's portfolio by: Acquisition (new and existing customers) Increasing the share of wallet Exploiting cross-selling opportunities Managing profit-oriented utilization of the managed client portfolios in the securities Development and implementation of structured sales ideas in close collaboration with the Investment Manager Establishment and development of a multiplier network

Qualifications / Skills:
• Bank training and/or academic training
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in dealing with (ultra) high net worth individuals
• Sales strength and goal orientation
• High ability to communicate, good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships
• Good knowledge of the framework of the Luxembourg financial centre
• Willingness to travel regionally
• Readiness of mind, pro-active attitude, clear structured working methods
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Performance orientation and assertiveness
• Very good command of German and English. Other languages will be an added value.

SalaryWe estimate the salary range for this position to be around €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
