Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Operations & Maintenance team as an Electrical Engineer for Photovoltaic System Maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and motivated team with a strong focus on growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on photovoltaic systems, including troubleshooting and repair of electrical components.
  • Install and commission new electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Identify and rectify faults in electrical systems, including circuit breakers and cable damage.
  • Develop, plan, and implement recurring or ad-hoc inspection programs to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Create and review maintenance procedures for electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Assume project management responsibilities for special tasks, such as performance improvement initiatives.
  • Mobilize resources for the execution of maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards during planning and execution of all activities.
  • Participate in on-call shifts.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training as an electrician or electrical engineer.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the maintenance and repair of photovoltaic systems.
  • Knowledge of medium-voltage systems.
  • Valid Class 3 driver's license.
  • 100% travel readiness and willingness to take on tasks across the region (Bayernweit).
