Product Manager

LUMAS is a global market leader in art editions, with a community of over 300,000 art lovers and collectors. We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of art and retail.
Your Responsibilities- As the sole Product Manager for our online shop and website, you'll be responsible for technical shipment of features as well as content-related updates.
- Monitor and manage key E-Commerce KPIs, including conversion rate and engagement rate.
- Develop and test new onsite hypotheses through A/B testing.
- Review and optimize all implemented features and products.
- Collaborate with the content team to create new user experiences by integrating content strategy, information architecture, and customer experience.
- Act as the liaison with technical departments to ensure the timely execution of all E-Commerce projects.
- Several years of professional experience in E-Commerce or onsite marketing with a focus on analysis and optimization.
- Strong understanding of concept development, user experience, usability, conversion optimization, product management, and a technical affinity.
- Excellent analytical skills, hands-on mentality, and an innovative and creative mindset.
- Quick comprehension, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Analytics, Hotjar, Jira, and other optimization tools.
- Excellent English skills complete your profile.
