Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Manager SAP Security (m/f/d) to oversee the functional area of Authorization Management across all Vishay SAP systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and security of our SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Authorization Management function for all Vishay SAP systems.
- Supervise the team responsible for area authorization.
- Conduct conference calls and facilitate group meetings.
- Develop and implement operating instructions and guidelines.
- Formulate and standardize authorization rules for all SAP systems.
- Manage, review, and process authorization requests.
- Plan resources for team members effectively.
- Create and modify new authorization roles as necessary.
- Collaborate on SAP projects related to authorization.
- Assist in all SAP-related audits.
- Provide internal training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, and technical documentation skills.
- Expertise in SAP Authorization.
- Experience as an SAP Security Administrator with SAP ERP, SAP BW on HANA, SAP BO, and SAP SCM.
- Solid understanding of authorization analysis and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in international leadership.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and German.
