About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team at Ocell GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Dynamic Forest frontend using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve our Dynamic Forest frontend in Flutter.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our tech stack and help to develop the technical skills of other team members through pair programming sessions and code reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
  • Experience writing Dart code.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, agile team with quick decision-making processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • More than 3 years of experience with Flutter.
  • Experience with additional general-purpose programming languages such as Kotlin, Swift, or Typescript.
  • Experience with native plugins for Flutter.
  • Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Professional experience in Flutter or mobile development.
