We're seeking an experienced IT Retail Sales & Account Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the APAC region.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of local business competition to gain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with our market research team to develop sales strategies and tactics.
  • Acquire customer leads through various channels, including phone, events, and presentations.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Organize sales and marketing events to engage with customers and promote our solutions.
Personal Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT solutions and services to Retail clients, with a strong understanding of POS and omnichannel concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and additional languages a plus.
  • Previous experience with Retail transformation projects and knowledge of retail customers, vendors, and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of retail business domain and excellent communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
  • Solid network within APAC retailers and ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work from home and travel as needed.
