As a Senior Staff Engineer for OTP Development at Infineon Technologies, you will play a key role in designing and developing one-time-programmable memory solutions for automotive applications. Your expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design will be instrumental in creating best-in-class memory solutions that meet the high safety requirements of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities- Lead the design team for one-time-programmable memory solutions and provide guidance on the development of new circuit concepts.
- Own the top-level schematic of the memory, integrate all sub-blocks, and align design and verification teams.
- Develop new circuit concepts, prove their feasibility, and verify them using transistor-level simulation.
- Design in a state-of-the-art analog chip design system, enter schematics, supervise layout, and verify results.
- Support customers in the integration of memories and review lab analyses, drive debugging, and support test development.
- Communicate with stakeholders and solve problems that arise during the development process.
- A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is desirable.
- An open mind and cross-functional communication skills.
- A distinct sense of quality and a commitment to excellence.
- Fluent English skills, with German a plus.
