About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team in Berlin. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Legal Team and Chief Legal Officer, including tasks such as travel and meeting coordination, document preparation, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Team and Chief Legal Officer, including travel and meeting coordination, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate team meetings and events.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, statistics, and other documents as required.
  • Develop and maintain format templates for letters and contracts.
  • Format and prepare legal documents for review and approval.

Requirements

  • Relevant education and experience in a related field, such as law or administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of organization, reliability, and flexibility, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (B2 level or higher).
