Wir suchen einen engagierten und qualifizierten Facility Services Technician, der sich um den störungsfreien Betrieb unserer Gebäudetechnik am Standort Heidelberg kümmert.
Verantwortungsbereich:- Prüfung, Wartung und Reparatur unserer gebäudetechnischen Anlagen (HSKL)
- Betreuung der Brandmeldeanlage am Standort
- Erfassung von Mängeln und Reparaturaufträgen sowie sorgfältige Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten in unserer Wartungssoftware
- Einweisung und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern am Standort Heidelberg
- Beschaffung und Verwaltung der benötigten Materialien und Gerätschaften im Facility Service
- Gewährleistung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf dem gesamten Betriebsgelände (Verkehrswege, Grünanlagen etc.)
- Unterstützung der Abfallbeseitigung sowie Umsetzung von allgemeinen Sicherheits- und Umweltschutzmaßnahmen
Wir suchen nach einem engagierten und qualifizierten Facility Services Technician, der:
- Abgeschlossene handwerklich-technische Ausbildung – z. B. als Anlagenmechaniker, Installateur, Heizungsbauer (alle w/m/d) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Betriebs-, Energie- und/oder Gebäudetechnik
- Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, ggf. auch im Umgang mit der Software WartMan
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Teamgeist und Flexibilität
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten
