About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Analyst to join our Transactions & Integrations practice at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets, analyses, and expert advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative insights and expertise on Transactions/M&A and other Corporate Finance topics
  • Develop intellectual property & knowledge assets and manage content on internal BCG websites
  • Support business development and go-to-market efforts of the Transactions & Integrations business
  • Collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients
Requirements
  • Master's degree relevant to M&A / Corporate Finance; 1+ year of relevant work experience in Transactions/M&A, Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Integrations/PMI, Separations/Carve-outs and/or similar topics preferred
  • Or Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in Transactions/M&A, Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Integrations/PMI, Separations/Carve-outs and/or similar topics
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools (for example python, alteryx, tableau, powerBI) is a plus
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
