Job Title: Global Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Manager to join our team at DöhlerGroup. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and deploying our product line and portfolio, driving business growth, and ensuring the success of our products in the market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy the product line and portfolio, including business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation, and growth initiatives.
  • Manage the global assortment with the product organization and internal stakeholders within our matrix organization.
  • Define a roadmap to drive business growth and revenue growth in close alignment with the Team Leader Product Management.
  • Attend regular meetings with R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales teams to agree on pricing strategy, product portfolio, and supply chain topics.
  • Monitor competitors to benchmark our portfolio and prepare a competitive analysis.
  • Support the sales team by engaging in customer visits, projects, and briefings to share product and market knowledge.
  • Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback and product usage to inform the product roadmap.
  • Communicate portfolio updates to all stakeholders, including product portfolio displays within and outside the organization.
  • Ensure in-house trainings to foster a deeper understanding of the product portfolio and positioning.
Your Profile:
  • Successful track record as a product manager in the food and beverages industry, ideally in a B2B business environment.
  • Degree in food technology, general business administration, biotechnology, or a similar qualification.
  • Proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps incrementally and sustainably.
  • Strong customer mindset with ability to engage directly and honestly with customers and deliver positive experience.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills, capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage change, and multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel globally approximately 20% of working time.
  • Fluent English and German required, with additional languages highly beneficial.
