About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Energy Product Manager to join our dynamic team at 1Komma5° GmbH. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in building innovative energy products that help our customers use more sustainable energy while reducing energy costs to zero.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scoping and managing your own initiatives to improve the setup and offering of our energy products
  • Providing operations support for our virtual power plant, ensuring a smooth operation
  • Supporting the product manager in various product management activities, including preparation and aftercare of workshops, interviewing stakeholders, and creating product requirement documents
  • Collaborating with the team to develop new, exciting energy solutions for our customers
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled at a university and available to work 20 hours per week
  • Pursuing a relevant degree program, such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Solution-oriented mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • History of delivering outstanding results and taking initiative
  • Very good spoken and written English skills (knowledge of German is a plus)
