About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician / Plant Mechanic to join our team in the SHK Region Hannover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our energy supply systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise in the operation of energy supply systems, including inspection, maintenance, and repair.
  • Conducting thorough inspections and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Locating and resolving system faults, and performing repairs as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with GETEC's quality and safety standards for the systems.
  • Collaborating with the team to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Participating in on-call and emergency response duties as a team player.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in heating technology (e.g., plant mechanic, mechatronics, etc.) or electronics for operation technology. You should have prior experience in customer service and be familiar with regulation technology.

Requirements

  • Completed technical training in heating technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service and knowledge of regulation technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Valid driver's license (class B) and flexibility to work on-call.
